"Masters Roofing is the best in their business. 10 years ago I had hail damage to my roof and every single house surrounding me was approved for replacement but I was denied, 3 times! Fast forward to fall 2020, there was wind damage to my roof and I lost several shingles. Again, I went to my insurance company; long story short, I was denied once again. Spring of 2021 it was suggested I obtain estimates from a roofer and resubmit the claim to insurance. I began gathering estimates from 6 different roofing companies but there was one that stood out to me, Masters Roofing. They sent a representative out, Tom Shay, who was very professional and very knowledgeable of the products and process! He spent a lot of time explaining the process, my color choices of shingles and material used. Tom was the ONLY one of the six estimates to provide me a folder with material and information about the company, shingle choices, shingle colors, etc. If anyone could get my roof approved, it was Masters Roofing. They immediately prepared the necessary paperwork to submit to insurance; a couple weeks later my roof was approved! Master Roofing was the best choice. Tom continued to work with me in selecting the right shingle color and delivering actual samples to my home. Once the date was set, the shingles were delivered as planned and the work was completed on time and in a clean and organized manner. I couldnâ  t have asked for a better experience. "Fidelity Roofing did a great job on my roof. It was not a simple task of replacing the old shingles with the new ones. We had two non-standard features left from prior owners. One was a custom made skylight and another was a chimney box that was cutting into the roof. The Fidelity Roofing had no problems replacing the skylights, so we signed the contract, selected the color and type of the shingles and waited on shingles and skylights to arrive. However, the chimney box was in a very bad shape, leaking and rotten inside. I wanted it removed, but could not find a contractor willing to take on that project. When the time came close to working on the roof, I really got worried and Fidelity Roofing came really beyond any expectation. They offered to remove the box for a very reasonable price. It was not their job, it was not in the contract, they could have just pushed me down the queue and keep working on other roofs, but they came forward helping me - it was such a relief - I can not praise them enough. While waiting on the materials, the roof leaked around the skylight - I called them and Jonathan came over and applied a temporary fix at no charge. When the materials finally arrived they started the work, but it turned out that the skylights could not be installed - ours were too customized and too old - it was not possible to flash between them. Jonathan took care of the issue by offering an alternative solution: as a result we've got the commercial grade skylights, the same kind they install in the big business buildings. The roofers replaced the shingles, secured the old skylights by covering them with a special material to prevent leaks and we had to wait again: unfortunately there are ongoing supply chain issues and ours were a custom order. What shoked me though is that Fidelity Roofing not only did not request a partial payment, they would not accept my offer to at least pay for the shingles and the chimney box removal. Their position was simple: they accept no money until the job is done. The delay was nobody's fault, but they did not accept payment until they were done. Finally, today on Feb 5th the job is complete. I just want to point out that the reputation of the company is not only based on how well they do the job but also on how they handle non-standard and unexpected situations."
