"Our job is replacement of broken siding boards. Three parts. First, initial on-site meeting with Tim Gentry. He was on time, courteous and explained well-known problems with CertainTeed siding. He explained options to repair existing fractures and cracks. After the initial meeting Tim sent an estimate/contract. It was consistent with onsite walk around. Second, the crew showed up on scheduled date and time. They came prepared with tools & equipment necessary to do the work. They had adequate replacement (Hardi-Plank siding) boards. The work was completed on schedule and included repair to caulking and replacement pieces in high spots. This is a family construction company - they worked together. The lead man, Gary - Tim's dad nailed loose boards to provide a uniform surface area, ready to be painted in two weeks. Finally, third - they removed damaged boards and cleaned up the work site. I appreciated the thorough construction process explanation given to me about the job. Thanks Tim."

"Replaced deteriorated exterior siding where needed, installed several new double pane windows, replaced old carpeting with new hardwood floors, coordinated subcontractors for electrical repairs and interior house painting. "Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

During a time of changeable weather they made use of clear days to remove the old roof and replace it. They even worked on Sunday because of the weather. They found issues with venting from the original construction of the house and repaired that remedying the problem of venting into the attic. They replaced the wooden surround to the chimney, their final roofing work had beautifully aligned shingles. The look of the roof and the quality of the installation could not be better. The crew is the hardest working crew I have seen. They left a clean work area each evening and left the work site with no debris.
