"I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. I had estimates from two other companies that were several thousand dollars more than what the total cost ended up being with Romvil A1 Roofing & Remodeling LLC. "Total Rip-off. WAY too expensive for the hours spent and mediocre work. One day spent one hour and 25 minutes. Charged $300.00. I think he thought I was a stupid 70 plus widow with a big property. Left a large stick leaning up against a fence in the driveway (they put it there) for one month. Never seemed to be able to see what needed to be done without telling them The work was for general clean-up twice a month. No big projects. Worked out to over $100 per hour. For that price I can get a good service-somewhere else."

I showed Israel pictures of what I wanted it to look like and his team did an amazing job making my vision a reality. They were careful with my existing plants and landscaping and went above and beyond by moving and repotting a shrub that I was unable to move by myself before the work began. They also replaced parts of my backyard that had been removed by neighbors and built a beautiful new fence and gate out of cedar.
