Even called 1/2 hour before arriving. Leo came in with the correct part, and all the tools needed. Made the repair, in a short time, had the dishwasher running again. Even showed me where and how to clean the filter. Price was within a few cents of what was quoted ahead of time. Very happy with the service. Not so much with Maytag."

"After I terminated the lease of my tenant in early 2023, I decided to do the whole house remodel before selling it because of the age of the house and TLC it needed. The original contractor I hired ended up going to jail for child abuse charges and I had to find another contractor to finish the job. I got a number of quotes and decided to go with Donna from AND Contractors, LLC. It is very difficult to come into a project that somebody else started and the quotes reflected that but Donna’s estimate was fair and I felt comfortable in my interactions with Donna. Don't let the fact that a woman runs the business fool you - she is a real tough but fair boss. She was on the job site every day! She treats her people right but also lets them know when they mess up and they respect her for it. There were many things that were not visible but needed to be redone where the original contractor messed up but it was important to Donna that the corrections be made. I am sure there must be limits but all of these corrections were accommodated without change orders. The project was completed on time and within budget. Oh, did I mention Donna is also a real estate agent? When the project was completed, she listed the house at the highest price in the history of the neighborhood. I was hoping but not expecting it so it was a pleasant surprise when she brought me a full price contract within a few days! I HIGHLY recommend AND contractors, LLC and Donna! If you want your project done right, on time and within budget, you owe it to yourself to at least have her look at your project!"

"The Tile Center did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. I attended a complimentary seminar on remodeling that was given by Tushar Irani. He did such a thorough presentation that I decided to meet with him to see what would be involved in remodeling my bathroom. He was a complete professional during the design process and provided assistance and guidance as needed but let me lead the planning based on my needs and style. I got a competitive quote and the pricing was similar but Tushar put in the time and really helped me understand everything about their process. The other company was more vague. The seminar was an excellent tool that assisted in this process as well. They completed the job at the agreed price and in a timely manner. All of the workers were respectful of my home, time and were excellent communicating next steps.
