I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. Not only was their price fair and competitive, their design was the best of the three quotes I received. Next, they completely gutted my daughter’s bathroom and installed all new fixtures. Javier oversaw the entire month and a half project. He was very accommodating when I decided to make changes in the fixtures I had originally chosen. "The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

"Allen Metcalf is an artist. He doesn’t just build something, he creates. This is the second project he has done for us and replaced a small deck outside our sunroom that as rotting. Allen pointed out that more than one piece of structural wood needed replacing. He also pointed out where the deck and addition weren’t properly anchored to the house. He submitted a 14 page estimate detailing everything he would be using and doing. If you want the best and don’t mind paying a few dollars more for his precise, professional, and well crafted work, you need to contact Allen."

"I purchased a $59 coupon for 1 hour plastering/drywall repair and paid c. $130 for each additional hour/part thereof. Mike (the owner) came for a preliminary visit to look at what we needed done and give an estimate.  He was easy to reach, courteous and professional.  Joe came a few days later to do the work.  He too was punctual (arrived even a few minutes early) and polite and professional, worked quickly and cleaned up any mess.  I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the work in terms of quality and the professionalism of Mike and Joe.  I would definitely cal City Renovations and Remodeling again and recommend them to my friends.
