"Reliable Lead Inspection Service is very good, on time and helpful company"

"Very professional and knowledgeable about lead inspections and abatement!"

"I bought a home built before 1978 and found that there was some asbestos floor tile in the basement. I reached out to D&H Demolition and they immediately came out to take a look at the project and provided a free estimate. They were very helpful and answered all my questions which made me feel a lot safer about the situation. I hired them and they took care of the work the very next day! Overall I was very pleased with their price and quality of work. Highly recommend!"

"Quick response, well documented process, epa certified. Was very easy to work with, thorough, and helpful to make sure testing was comprehensive."

"Gina Raspa was wonderful to work with.  She responded within 24 hours to my email and she performed the testing within 4 days of my first contact.  Everything went smoothly thanks to her willingness to respond as soon as possible.
The news was much better than we expected and Gina gave me 3 recommendations for companies who could successfully perform the clean-up.
Thanks to Gina, we were able to move the family into the house without fear of future health issues.
I give Gina and her company the highest ratings because she earned them.

"Rodney was incredible personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a lead inspection."

"Chris was very professional on the phone and it surprised me that, for such a low price, I was getting as much as I did! MA CARRES is a FHA 203k qualified inspector (though I only hired him as a home inspector) AND a Realtor so I got a little bit of everything when he and his employee came. The fact that they are retired firefighters was a bonus as I had some questions about darkened wood and they let me know where the CO2 detector should really be located for best effect. I definitely will use MA CARRES in the future!!"

"They were very professional and did a great job."

"Utmost professionalism. Went above and beyond in the area of customer service. Extremely responsive, would definitely recommend."

"Staley was great ! Very professional -- gave a good description of the lead testing process and did his job thoroughly and quickly. I felt his fee was very reasonable in comaparison to other companies/individuals I had spoken to about the service. I would definitely recommend hsi services !"
