"We have had some fairly difficult plumbing issues.  He has been able to repair them.  He has done significant work on our house.  From installing a new lever to close a drain, to fixing a running toilet.  At first he thought we were going to have to replace a kitchen faucet, and it was a fairly expensive one, so I asked him to see what he can do, and he was able to fix it for us.  He just tinkered with it and got it right.  He comes very quickly.  I had an emergency once where a faucet broke and started spewing water.  I could not budge the valve to turn off the water, and he came immediately to fix it.  

All of this was a couple of years ago in the fall.  He is currently doing some plumbing work for me.  He is in the process of ordering a part for my faucet.  I have told him before he is our plumber for life."

Due to the fact that it was raining all day and would be into the weekend, there was no time to contact my home warranty company. When I called (late Saturday afternoon), Jerry answered the phone and had his on-call technician get in touch with me immediately. Steve, the on-call technician, arrived within the hour. He assessed the situation and confirmed that our sump pump had to be replaced. Steve was polite, thorough and professional. He cleaned the interior of our sump pump and installed a new product that was clearly much higher quality than the previous one.
