They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! After the great work they did on my fascia and soffits, I had them come back to redo my wood patio cover—and I’m so glad I did. The previous two times I had this work done (by others), it was done poorly. "Easy communication. I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed where there is no attic access. The project included wiring and ductwork to the exterior as well as drywall removal and repair, and then finishing everything beautifully. The two-man team of Vasquez did as instructed and also fixed some old shoddy work that was in the way of the new duct and wiring. They used good materials and did good work at a good price. They were also very respectful of my home, keeping the mess contained and cleaning up after. I would hire again."
