This never would’ve happened without Andrew’s help with our insurance company. They initially turned our claim down and suggested we only needed a couple of new shingles and not a whole roof. Andrew made it clear we did not have to accept that decision. Because of his knowledge we were able to re-approach the insurance company, have another inspection that showed that our damage was extensive enough, and that they had missed much of it in the 1 st inspection, to warrant them paying for a new roof.
