"It is hard to give a review of someone that when they are complete feel like part of the family! As someone who used to work in the construction industry they are unbelievable professional and are there to help! They went above and beyond to make sure not only our roof replacement went well but made sure the little details were taken care of without coming back for most likely justified extra cost because they were already there. They are fair and explain everything very well. One observation that I had while they were here was the Owner Scott came by the jobsite. He knew all of the laborers by name and was bilingual to be able to communicate with his team. I think we should all support local businesses with leaders that treat their employees with respect and kindness. And it is obvious this leadership gets translated into their work. They are an amazing company and if I have a home improvement or need an emergency repair there isn't anyone else I will allow in my house after using Frey."

"As the writer of this review I wonder how I might convince you how you can trust the high quality of work done by Installers Now. I am not benefiting in any way from this review except that I feel good about maybe saving somebody some home improvement troubles, and maybe increasing business for Installers Now who absolutely deserve it. Here is one big point you can hang your hat on. There always is an owner of installers now doing the work or directly supervising. They do not sell a job and have some underpaid employee do the work. Then to evaluate some tricky problems, a second owner will analyze and evaluate the situation for the best possible solution. After 30 years of home ownership we experienced some poor home improvement work. In those instances it seems the workers are fairly well-intentioned but apparently were poorly informed about the best way to do things. To do the great job that Installers Now do, it takes an engineering understanding and detailed knowledge of materials, how they need to be applied, and keeping up to date with state of the art techniques and products. This is all what Installers Now does in spades. Then there is even more. Sometimes highly qualified technical people are poor communicators, but that is not at all the case with Installers Now. They explain problems and proposals with engineering position and complete clarity. And further yet, they are personable and friendly and honest in their business handling administration. Whatever you might need to have Installers Now do for you, I would highly recommend getting on their schedule. Good luck!"

"I have requested couple of different quotes to replace the roof on my garage. I decided to go with Infinity Exteriors. Logan Rezash worked with me who gave me the best deal. He was very professional and easy to talk to and explained in full details what they will provide me with my project. The materials and the warranty on the project that works for my budget. They kept me informed of the status of the project from the start to the finish. Their team that worked on the job was very polite and fast. They did an excellent job. "He was very honest and upfront and said may be 6-8 weeks before could do the roof when awarded work as was very busy. After calling on 10/2 to get update on when might do he ended up being able to do it yesterday or less than 4 weeks. I was very impressed they did job for price and in one day with full tear off finding no nails or anything left laying on ground. He is very honest person with hard working crew and was less expensive than anyone else. I could tell right away he was honest person which is so very important when getting work done on your home. The overall quality of his work is very....very..... good for a very fair price. You might find another roofing company that may get graded excellent on overall quality but you will also be paying three to five thousand dollars more for this same job."

"Our home inspector recommended we have a section of our roof examined by a professional to see if we needed repairs. Nate came out to do the estimate.  He was very friendly and professional.  He examined the roof very thoroughly, even taking pictures and looking at one of the windows from the inside of the house.  He showed me the pictures and explained what he saw up there.  Within a week, he sent me an estimate.  However, he ultimately recommended that we not have any work done at this time, because it would be a huge fix for a tiny problem with no water leakage at this time.  He recommended that if we decide to re-side the house in the future, they could perform some updates on the roof at that time.  We would definitely call them again.

"Slow process (4 weeks) due to dormers, roof angles and the required "cutting to fit" but the installers did a great job of sticking with it to get it done as quickly, professionally & efficiently as possible. We were always informed by the installers as to any issues and what options & solutions were available to complete the work. It was appreciated that they asked us if we had any questions at the end of each day & summarized what the next day would entail. We also appreciated that they always cleaned up after themselves each day. Our new roof looks very nice & we've gotten several good comments from our neighbors.
