He was able to start right away and after 1 day of demo and 1 day for the pour, it was done! When he had to step away for another appointment, his crew answered questions I had and were very professional. "I called and asked for an estimate. He came out and gave me the estimate. I made some changes and he came out again and gave me a new estimate. We scheduled the work, he showed up when he said he would and finished the job ahead of schedule. My phone line was cut in the process of building the dry river bed and he called me immediately, apologized and said he would pay for any repairs. I am very pleased with the end result and the ease of the entire process. His estimate was a little higher than others I received, but the quality of the work was excellent and the final bill was exactly what the estimate said it would be."
