"Marcelo and his crew did a great job on my deck which needed extensive prep, repair and staining. Looks new and itâ s 25 yrs old! Perfect clean up. I contacted PR Painting one week ago and now the job is done. Very satisfied!"

"I was very pleased with JN Construction I had about 8 feet of trim rot ...fascia and soffit...beneath 2nd story gutter. He gave me 3 different bids per MY request...based on 3 approaches... ...replace just rot ...replace 30 feet of trim. ...replace 30ft of trim...new rolled gutter. I chose first option He went the extra mile...and painted the entire 30 ft...so it would look good. I look forward to getting bids on several other jobs from them. ...moss removal ...house painting I would DEFINETLY recommend them to friends and neighbors."

"I hired Bob to repair a door frame that was split, and he was fantastic. Bob was a clear communicator, came to the job prepared, and very friendly. He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected. Bob also went out of his way to do some additional touch-up paint work in the unit, and gave my girlfriend a small screwdriver for another repair in her apartment. I have no complaints, and will definitely use Pino Construction for any of my future repairs! I strongly suggest that you check with him for any of your future repair work too."

"Dan Swanson and his coworker did an excellent job in replacing a trim cover close to the roof line about 40 ft above the ground. The job was difficult and he was able to finish the job in less than 2 hours. I sent an SOS on Saturday, he came on Sunday to diagnose the job and completed the job on Tuesday. He was on time every time. He is very knowledgeable, meticulous and cordial. He was also very reasonable for what he charged me. I will certainly call him back for any exterior repair job."

"This is a poor photo taken at night, but David and his crew were amazing. Literally so quiet, I didn't even notice them while I worked from home, didn't leave a speck of dirt when they were done, and their final results were better than anything I could have wished for. Great job."

"Installed a 15 panel fence line with a double gate and did some landscaping which included tree trimming. Work was done on time, great price and finished with a clean work area. Work was so good I asked about him coming back to do my driveway. You wonâ t be disappointed"

"He came up with a better idea than I had, he added more support anchors and screws. He was very easy going and polite. Very neat, cleaned up after and he replaced and exterior thermostat that was attached to the old part of the deck. I would hire Eddi again."

"Exceptional workmanship. Homeowners usually have some anxiety when working with contractors. None of that needed here! Prompt and ready to go with his crew the day the work was scheduled to handle some dry rot on some exterior parts of the home. As soon as the wood came off, the problem was clearly more extensive (I wish I could include the pics so you could see the nasty 'before' and clean-and-painted finished 'after'). Moises showed me the issue and made specific recommendations as to remediation. Since this was out of the scope of the initial project, he was clear in detailing materials and time that it would take. Since I like things done once, correctly, I agreed with his assessments and necessary corrections. We ended up having to remove far more of the damp and rotted wood than we thought, replacing insulation, covering it with new and treated wood, and Tyvek wrapping it before putting in fresh siding. I'm glad we did the full work necessary and that didn't just cover over the problem. Did it cost a little more? Yes, and well worth every penny of it to get it done right the first time and protect the home from future problems. Job was finished on time and the place was spotless when they left. Not only do I recommend hiring him, but I fully intend to bring him back for some other work I need done. Again, exceptional workmanship."

"We hired Dan for the second time and weâ re very pleased once again. He installed two exterior doors and a storm door. Heâ s hard working, professional, dependable and did a great job with the installs and finished carpentry work. We would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again."
