I am very pleased with the work, professionalism, etc. The only reason I gave the price a B is because it just seems wrong to be happy about costs.. ;>) They also made several adjustments and cleaned some areas of both units that had obviously been neglected, even though I was on a maintenance program with another provider before this. I have dealt with Air Essentials before for duct cleaning and decided at that time they would get my business for the rest of my needs once my other contract expired. I wish my other contract had expired sooner, because these guys know their business. Travis came out, did the tune up service, then the next day came to repair the flashing. Everything looks great."

"They couldn't do it. They came to my house and they looked at my air ducts and they said my air ducts were of a manufacturer that their air duct cleaner could not fit in but they did look at the rest of the ducts underneath the physical ducts themselves. They didn't go inside the ducts but they said the duct work was good and it was satisfactory. The air duct people were very, very gracious after they realized they couldn't move inside my air duct. They looked at my air system and they were very, very good. I liked them and I would use them again. They were good people and they couldn't perform the overall service that I hired them for to look inside my ducts because their equipment couldn't do the job. They were right on time. They were punctual. They called me and let me know that they were coming. They were very professional."

"The tech arrived between the hours stated. I was able to call him to find out a better idea of what time other than between 3-8pm. He wore a mask and shoe caps was very polite and helpful. He was unable to fix on the first visit because he did not have the part available but said he'd be back on Friday. I called him on Wed since I was off work to see if he'd be able to fit me in. I received a call back and he was able to do the actual repairs then. The dryer works again wonderfully. I did request from Choice if he'd be able to inspect my duct work and check out my fridge but Choice ever got back with me."
