"We had the best experience with this contractor for major exterior work on our home. The owner Sobi first came out to look over the multi faceted project. Our home is 50+ years old and a unique custom build. Many years of deferred maintenance led to extensive dry rot and a need to waterproof a very large roof deck. No contractor really wants to do this kind of work but not Sobi. He assured us that he has seen far worse and has solutions and ideas for our specific issues. This involved more of an investigative approach as he dove into a complicated drain pipe system that was built inside the walls. He found the issue and went to work replacing interior drain pipe connections, etc. He then addressed the extensive exterior dry rot. Some beams needed to be replaced, others could be salvaged. The other big issue, a huge roof deck that was leaking, Sobi had a solution that worked great for us, saving us money. He is very personable, professional, problem solver, just the best!"

"Diego and his team were very efficient and helpful with advice and willingness to include some deck repair with the washing, sanding and sealing of our 2 large backyard decks and deck bench. They did all sanding by hand (no large sanders) and painted on all stain and seal by hand. They did the work quickly and were very responsive to requests as needed as the job proceeded. The price was about 20% lower than other bids, and the personal attention to the work was really appreciated. I highly recommend and we will use them for ongoing maintenance of our decks and bench."

"Windows looked great after cleaning. Surprised to see their screen cleaning was just wiping the screens with a rag. I ended up washing some of the down stairs scrrens while they cleaned the windows. They cleaned just that... the glass part of the window, no trim or window channels.
For the price it was a good service. House always looks brighter with clean windows. Wish they would have paid more attention to the screens.
