"Their report was underwhelming. There was no write-up about their inspection because the inspector didn't find anything worth noting. The report was several pages of boilerplate and how they would conduct pest control. In the report, there were 5 boxes where various types of infestations would be checked, with a diagram of the house, and a section for how problems would be identified. In a Notes section, it only said my property would benefit from a "safe application of chemicals". I guess, since none of the boxes were checked, they figured nothing else needed to be said regarding their finding no evidence of infestation."
