If it wasnâ t for Maynor and his staff, I wouldnâ t have made it. The process was long and depressing because of being away from home. However Maynor and his staff reassured me. Work was completed in less than the time specified and the installer, Aaron was great to work with. Had a problem with the toilet after three months and they were great about coming back to fix it. The fix didn’t work though and instead of messing with another repair, they just replaced it with a brand new one. We would definitely recommend this company."

My Services consist of tile backsplashes for kitchens and bathrooms.installing gas appliances, water heaters, dryers, hanging doors and triming around them, painting interior.hanging ceiling fans. replace outlets, run new wire,drywall patches, bathroom fans install, kitchen sinks, vinyl flooring,exterior lights,install ring,nest cameras and doorbells,hangtowel bars and toilet paper holders,install facets ect
"Came out to the house and took measurements for a 20'x10' gazebo to fit above the back door & camera & floodlights. After putting it together it did not fit. Could not open the black door. Had to raise gazebo 2'. He asked me to pay him $900.00 that he had another job to go to & would have to trouble shoot & get back with me. Texted & called him several times. Finally he said he would be out. He did show up& again said he gets back with me. Never heard back from him."

Brookscandoit Inc is a full service building and remodeling company from design thru completion. I make the home visit, complete the quote and personally perform much of the work. This doesn't allow for numerous ongoing projects, but does allow for close quality control. I truly enjoy what I do and love going to work everyday and I shows in the final product. Everything is by written agreement with a spec page and detailed payment schedule based on what has been completed. You always maintain a final payment in hand to be sure everything has been done.
