"I shopped around and had Schriber's do some temporary carpet in my living room knowing later on I would do a complete gut and redo. Later when I gutted and after I applied new subfloor I shopped again for vinyl plank. A great finished floor may require some prep work. Most places wanted me to do the prep work, and since I don't know much about prep it would make for a subpar finished product. If you get a quote that says you do the prep, then the company won't stand behind the finished product because you're responsible for the prep work. Troy understood what I wanted, and would do what was required to make it look great. And I think it does look great. The best endorsement a company can get is repeat business. So when I'm ready to do my bathroom that's who I'm calling. That'll be 3 jobs from me. So I feel confident you'll receive the same quality. Don't waste your time at the flooring store."

I feel bad because they did it at no additional cost but thought it was awesome they finished quickly—within the day—and performed beautiful work. We had selected and ordered the initial accent tiles for the job, but he consulted about best options for colors and sizes, gave us the name of a great tile store, and kept in touch which helped us—honestly, that was the best part. Both of us are working from home (which means we are both kind of constantly and unintentionally in some way partially working, ha!), so the follow up was genuinely stand out—in the home improvement industry, it is easy to find someone who does excellent work but misses an appointment. Clearly, that is not this business. They were prompt, follow-up AND actual tiling was indeed Top Notch. Joel Thomas has painted for us in the past, both interior and exterior and does an excellent job. He and his crew clean the areas to be painted, caulk all needed areas and protect screens with coverings and tape areas not to be painted. Their work is very professional and their clean up is excellent. They rechecked all painted areas to be certain nothing was missed."
