Then I had them install the drainage system both inside and outside the basement and crawlspace areas as well as encapsulate the crawlspace. It was expensive and messy, but it fixed the problem and I don't have to worry about future floods anymore!"

"Crossroads poly lift crew drilled into my ductwork twice. I had to hire a third party to jack hammer my concrete to remove and replace the pipe. This cost twice as much as original work. I now have a third company putting in foundation piers. This third company has shown me voids where Crossroads failed to poly lift the foundation. Thus, they did not fulfill the work contract. I am considering legal action against Crossroads."
