After waiting several days, I gave up and called Animal Management. Someone actually answered and had an appointment for me very quickly. Craig was the technician that was sent. Per my request, he did a thorough inspection, removed the birds, and made the other suggestions. I agreed with all and the repairs were scheduled. Two gentlemen arrived at the scheduled date and time and spent the whole day doing a great job. Craig also stopped by to assist for some of the repairs. Very neat and efficient. I have also used them in the past on some of our rental and office buildings. They are honest and knowledgeable. They do not try to sell a plan or package or maintenance. If there is a problem they identify it and treat it. My renters have never complained about their service in any way. I maintain about 6-8 properties and would not use anyone else as long as they  continue to be as good as they are.

This particular report was for our personal home. Previously I spoke with over 5 pest control companies as an office we purchased had old termite damage small office in town.
