"This project originally began only as painting the inside of the house. Ashley and Josh came in and found so many things that needed to be fixed that would impede the sell of the house. They always notified me of the issues as they came up, but they did not pressure me into hiring them to fix anything. I really appreciated that and it is one of the things that made me decide to hire them for the entire renovation once I decided to do it. Ashley also presented a detailed, itemized invoice with every project. If there was something she knew she already had at home, such as hardware for the doors or lighting, she made sure to ask if I wanted to use that first before purchasing anything. They are very generous with their time and materials. Ashley was also honest when it came to ideas I might have about different areas and if they were worth fixing monetarily. They did not just agree to do whatever I wanted, she told me if it would be in my best interest or not to fix or leave certain things. They are extremely trustworthy and efficient. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"The windows arrived on time but there was six windows that arrived with half screens , which are fine for opening the bottom half of the window but opening the upper the screen does not fit well to the window and bugs just come on in... was promised replacement FULL SIZED screens NEVER happened! March24,2020 we had the final windows installed but the kitchen window screen was torn before it was even off the truck...was again promised a quick replacement . I have called repeatedly about the screens to be promised again and again to have them soon... it’s now 4 months later and STILL no screens!!! We bought top of the line windows so they’d last a long time and do enjoy fresh air in the house often but can not open the Kitchen window because of the lack of the screen!! NOT HAPPY!!!"

"The guys that remodel our kitchen did an outstanding job. The guys were really nice and respectful They would always ask me "how long can they work"if was after 5pm. The finished product was amazing. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the sales people they were trying to get every dime they could get. Believe it or not just Negotiating a price took about as long as took them to remodel the kitchen. The salesman start out with $47k price after negotiating the price dropped about 13k I still feel that I overpay. Well at the end of day I thank the guys again that work on remodel our kitchen they were the BEST."
