Project started as simple door and frame replacement because of water damage, and turned into larger and longer project that required replacing studs, drywall, and repainting in addition to door frame replacement due to old termite damage because door frame would not secure to damaged studs. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
