"If you had a ten star rating I would give it to this company. They are thorough, neat and very accommodating to the client. Their pricing was VERY fair and they did a pristine job. They painted our entire home and repaired our cathedral ceiling and added trim to our kitchen cabinets which look as if it came with the original cabinets. "This will be an honest review. Upon making a deposit for the project in May, it took a month the deliver materials to the day. The project took 2 and a half days to complete. My deck was off the second floor and had the rains cape/under deck material. It is about 180 sqft. There were three guys building my project. A month after completion, it rained and the problems began. The soffit finish on the underside filled with water and from the weight of the water burst open. I contacted Wayne right away. His response was that I would have to wait until my neighbor had his deck built for the guys to come out and fix it! Amazing how someone who has already paid is just shrugged off for 3-4 weeks. The guys return and trample through my yard to build my neighbors deck and reluctantly admit they need to address my project.. AFTER they re done with my neighbors project. I even let them stage material under my deck for my neighbor. They administered a quick fix and just caulked the underside. I highly doubt this with last very long and hope the guys are prepared to come out annually to fix the issue. I don t recommend hiring this contractor unless you re just getting a deck without the under material. Deposit was made mid May and they were at my house doing repairs in August. Overall I have a deck, which is what I wanted but the quality of work was not great and the customer service was subpar. There s never enough time to do it right but there is always time to do it again Thank you for reading my review!;"

"I hired Jack to replace brick front stoop with new concrete porch and step. He also repaired my stucco and replace some wood on our Tudor style home. He went above and beyond for me. Work was done well and on time! I forgot to mention he also repointed bricks. I would hire him again. He was reasonably priced."

The job was excellent! There are no complaints. They did a very thorough job. We did pay a little more to have extra work done. I love the product they use. They can also pressure wash the roof to keep mold and mildew off the roof. I keep their business card handy. I am going to call them again to do more work. I like that they sent a management person to oversee the job.

"Wonderfully! The company worked with us to find the correct materials for a porch that was constructed about 25 years ago, sent a detailed estimate, and followed up with each interaction. We exchanged emails regarding thd materials and they really worked to find the exact items. They scheduled us within a week of acceptance of proposal, and completed all work on the same day when they came. It looks better than we imagined (we'd put this repair off for too long and, of course, it became much worse than when we first noticed the problem), the materials were perfect, and the craftsmanship was excellent. This repair will take us through another 25 years at least, it was better constructed than the original porch. The cost was reasonable for both projects. Everyone was very professional with the planning and follow through. I would highly recommend this company and I'm pretty sure we will use them again for other repairs."

"We did the power washing first, it was a 4 day job.  Rick got to my home around 9 am and worked until 5 pm or so, one of the days he was here until 8:30 pm. The tumbled stone sidewalks and front porch looked beautiful, like new when he was done.  Who knew they were so dirty!  He then moved on to the decks.  I have a huge deck, a screened in porch deck,  a separate  bedroom deck and an under deck patio.  Also, I wanted the house walls of the under deck washed off.  The decks were the real chore.  The main deck is very big and it was very dirty.  The underneath part of it was even worse.  Then the weather  changed to breezy, chilly and rainy.  I felt so sorry for Rick!  But he kept at it and didn't complain. On the 4th day of power washing Jimmy, the owner, came as Rick's replacement as Rick had left for his vacation.  Jimmy finished up where Rick left off as well as redoing parts I felt needed a little more work.  Jimmy  washed off all the outdoor furniture and put everything back in its place.



Also in that 4 day time period, Chris and Matt came to wash the windows.  I have alot windows and sliders, many of the windows are big cathedral type windows.  They got right to it, no problems, had the house inside and out done in 1 day.



The windows cost $459, which was right in the ball park as far as what I usually pay.  The $2000 for the power washing was more than what I have ever paid but I went for it anyway because I felt I was going to get a better job.  I still don't like the price but I am happy with the results.  Would I use Keenwick again?  Absolutely!  I've already talked to Jimmy about doing our house at the beach this spring.

Chris also repaired my small front porch and found a painter to stain the wood and paint the door.
