"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"Dustin was very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem right away with my stove and explained exactly what he needed to do to fix it. The parts were ordered and in about a week he had my stove working good as new. Very pleased with his work. If I ever need anything repaired again I am definitely calling on Dustin to do the job! I highly recommend him."

"Refrigerator had developed a leak underneath that was running onto the floor and needed a repair person asap. Entered details into Angi’s list and received a call back from Nick Satchell from N & S Handyman Services. After a brief conversation, Nick agreed to come by the house later, which he did earlier than expected ( which was great) and succeeded in finding the problem as well as fixing it. Reasonable fee, very polite to my elderly relative. Would recommend."

"The experience went exceptionally well. The technicians were very cordial and professional. They did not track any dirt or mud into the home. They were very thorough in their identification and determination of the root cause of the problem -- a leak of the coil. They suggested replacement in the fall when unit and labor costs were slightly cheaper, due to low-season."

"We had an excellent technican, Don Settle, and he came in, replaced the worn items, and explaied thouroughly how to adjust the new thermostat. We are very pleased with our BGE Home Service Plan."
