Immediately after Mr. Harvey left I turned on the overhead light, plugged in the vacuum and 'pop' goes the breaker for the master bedroom. And it kept happening.
So I left a voice mail message the next morning.
And afternoon.
And late afternoon.
And then an email through Angie's List.
No response for three days and unable to use anything electric in the master bedroom (computer, telephone, stereo, lights).
So I called South Baldwin Electrical and they were out within two hours.
Made a few adjustments in the three-pole wiring and everything is fine.

Still have the crooked closet light installation with the 2" gap between the base and the glass panes but I'll deal with that later.

All this could have been avoided if Mr. Harvey had responded to any of the messages.

I called Power Surgez and spoke with Kenny (very kind and professional) on December 2nd around noon, and to my surprise, Kenny immediately assigned 2 electricians to come to my home early the following day (December 3, 2024). They completed all the work in approximately 2 hours. I love that Kenny not only dispatched his workers to my home, but he also communicated with me regularly.
