"We hired Steadfast May 2024 to install a new key fob system for our HOA.. 4 pool gates and club house. we delt with Lisa and Dylan on our new system. Dylan came out and gave a presentation (Q&A) to the homeowners, He answered all the residents' concerns. fast forward to June of 2025, we add them out twice to install more equipment. We also had a lightning strike, and they were out here quick to get us back running. I highly recommend them for there. "

"Prompt arrival. knowledgeable team. Eric and his assistance executed a quality HT projector installation and calibration, and surround speaker installation within a few hours. Communication and feedback during installation was exceptional. The work area was kept clean during the installation(s) and after the completion of the work. Overall, the level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Eric and his assistant made for a smooth, high quality installation and a very satisfied customer. They have my highest recommendation should you have a similar audio-video need. Thank you gentlemen! "

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"The company was hired to install a one car garage door. The installer drilled 8 holes from the outside of the structure toward the interior of the garage. He drilled 1 hole from the interior of the garage completely through to the outside of the house. He left puddles of lubricant on the floor. The company said the guy made a mistake, no big deal. I do not recommend this company. I drew circles around the holes for better viewing."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."
