"To date I have had 3 roofs installed by these guys. All three have been metal roofs. They also installed my neighbors shingle roof based off of my recommendation. On the metal roofs, two were the normal screw down types, and on my personal home I went with standing seam. Those in the know, know that standing seem is the most labor intensive and requires the most skill to do properly. I researched and found these guys on Angie’s list. I called them based on their reviews on Angie’s list. I had them come out and give me an estimate for a shingle roof initially. There price was good and the guy I had spoken with was knowledgeable. I got estimates and spoke with 4 other roofers I found on Angie’s list. They were the best priced and I got a good feeling from their sales rep. I later met with the owner as I was deciding to go with a metal roof. Got estimates and started researching metal roofs. I probably changed my mind several times through my research. I felt confident the owner was very knowledgeable and a strait shooter. I ended up going standing seam. I researched it heavily through YouTube, so I would know how everything was supposed to be done. The whole standing seam install take a few weeks. I ended up talking a lot with the employees as well as watching how they did the install. Everything was done exactly as I had research it should be. Brian and his guys came out and did a wonderful job on the roof. I couldn’t be happier honestly. I am a knit picky person about how things should be done too. They did the standing seam install in 2017. I have had two screw down roofs installed by Quality Roofing since my standing seam roofs. The most recent being in February 2019. They both came out perfect as well. All the screws are in straight lines. They look perfect. Couldn’t be happier with these installs either. They also did a very nice job on my neighbor’s shingle roof. The only thing that could be considered negative about them, is the fact that they are busy. Honestly, that can’t be a strike because they do good work, so they should be busy. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Quality Roofing. From the guys on the job acting professionally, to the office staff, and the owner. They will be getting all of my future roofing work."

John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. "My over the street neighbor replaced his roof with a cool looking copper tinted metal roof -several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with the team performing the work and the end result. It looked great and still looks great. I wrote down the company's name "Covenant" just in case. Then, when it was time to talk about my roof needing replacement I had a colleague at work bragging about Covenant: he was very happy how Covenant put a metal roof on his house and even showed me pictures. So, I contacted Kevin Showley (Covenant's Sales Representative) who came to the house after my work hours, inspected the roof and gave me a fair price. I called the company afterwards 2 times for some minor aftercare, and each time they responded within one day ! No kidding: they stand behind their logo: they exactly delivered what they promised to do. It all went so smooth that I can barely believe it is done ! And with a 15 year warranty I feel that ' I am covered '."

Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. "Ivan's crew did a great job, and the final product looks great. I expanded the scope multiple times and Ivan was always accommodating and happy to help, and Ivan did a pretty good job fielding my never ending questions. His estimate was very fair, and I never got the sense he was trying to "up sell" me on anything. Rather, he was trying to talk me down from spending money on repairs that I did not need. He was very knowledgeable and offered a frank appraisal of the the water intrusion situation at my house. I was at work while most of the work was performed, but the few times I made it home to check on the work, the same worker (Viatli) was there. Really friendly guy who was always willing to walk me through what work was done that day, explain any issues, and answer any questions. Every day, the work site was cleaned up and they were very respectful of my property. I trusted these guys enough to leave my house unlocked during the day in case something came up (see below). A story really drives home how professional these guys are: the electrical in my house is a little shaky, and one day we came home and one of the breakers was blown. No big deal, it happens. But we couldn't get the breaker to reset. I told Ivan and he told Vitali, who reached out to me and explained that the breaker had probably been blown by the air compressor he was using but that he would look into it. The next day he asked if he could reset the breaker, and asked whether there were any electronics that needed to be continually powered or would otherwise have issues with being reset. (I thought this was pretty thoughtful.). He texted me later that day and said the breaker had been reset and that the source of the problem was not the compressor but rather he had nicked a wire while working on a portion of the exterior wall. There was no damage or anything of the sort (again, these things happen), but I was stunned that he was so honest about it. Most contractors would be more than happy to let you keep on thinking that an error on a project is your home's fault and not theirs. To me, it spoke to the fact that these guys are professionals. But here's the kicker. I came home expecting to have to reset all the clocks in the house, but I realized that all the clocks were set to the correct time but still blinking. It dawned on me that Vitali had waited until noon exactly to flip the breaker so that when the clocks reset at 12:00 they would still tell the correct time for the rest of the day. This is such a minor thing, and I wouldn't have minded at all having to reset them myself, but it really spoke volumes to me that he actually thought through the situation to figure out how to minimize any burden on me. What it tells me is that the same level of care went into fixing my walls, and that is the exactly the kind of confidence you want to have when you are paying to have work done where you can only see the finished veneer and not the underlying, hidden parts. Since the walls were redone, we have been pounded by rain storm after rain storm. There have been no leaks in the walls, and no additional moisture in the slab. The finalized product looks great, and I now feel confident about what was previously the most vulnerable part of my home. I will definitely use RIA again for future projects and repairs."
