"We found Miguel Perez from Angie’s List. Based on hundreds of good reviews outweighing a few bad ones, we decided to hire him. We started off by texting and sending him photos of things that needed to be done around our house. He responded very quickly and gave us the estimate almost right away. He scheduled us a week after (due to his busy schedule). He arrived on time on the scheduled date. He started his work right away. He’s very hard-working, efficient, and most importantly we could tell he’s keen on everything that he fixed for us. In addition, you don’t have to worry about cleaning up afterwards because he does all that for you. He took care of our house (newly painted) as if it were his. It’s so hard to find a handyman who is skillful, punctual, responsible, efficient and cleans up afterwards very neatly. We will definitely hire Miguel again. And, we highly recommend him if you are looking for a good handyman to work around your house."

Thanks."

"I had an excellent experience with JPC Handyman. From the very beginning, he was punctual, very professional, and respectful. He completed several jobs in my home, including plumbing, electrical work, and tile repairs, and in all of them he showed an exceptional level of detail and quality. He fixed water leaks and left the plumbing working like new, solved electrical issues safely and efficiently, and also repaired the tile with a flawless finish. It’s clear that he has a lot of experience and takes great pride in his work. What I appreciated the most was that he explained each step of the process clearly, kept everything clean, and finished within the agreed time. I will definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable handyman with multiple skills. It was worth every single penny he charged ."
