"We had an excellent experience working with this company! From start to finish, the owner and the team were very professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and they truly took pride in making sure everything was done right. They communicated throughout the entire process, were respectful of our home, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. It's not always easy to find a company that delivers on its promises, but they absolutely did. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality remodeling work. We would definitely use them again for future"

"Di Luca Flooring did an incredible job replacing our hardwood floors with ceramic tile in most of the living areas (3 bedrooms, living/dining room, parlor and hallway) our home (roughly 1700 sq feet). They provided me with a very competitive estimate so I chose them over several other vendors. The installation had to be delayed due to COVID19, and was even more challenging because both my wife and I were working from home, but they were on time every day, worked extremely hard, were very communicative about every aspect of the installation, worked with us so that we could both have workspaces despite removing all furniture and flooring, and did an amazing job. The floors look amazing and it has completely changed the look of the interior of our home. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to do any kind of flooring or renovations to your home."

"For years, I have put off renovating my house because I could not find a good company. I finally made the decision to, and work with Serrano Renovations and I couldn t have been happier. They are affordable, quick, helpful, and very versatile. The entire team was very polite, and cleaned up at the end of every day. They made it possible for me to live in my house while they completely redid it. If you are on the edge of making a decision to start a project, go with Serrano Renovations, you will be glad you did."

"Hired them at the end of May of this year for our renovation. Each guy of the crew was professional, hardworking and really easy to work with . They didn t have and hidden charges. They have a competitive price . Would definitely recommend this company."

"Max and his team handled my punch list after I bought a home. Max was honest and did not try to take advantage of me. His work was high quality and he works quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed with the workmanship of his work and fair price that I asked him to renovate my bathroom! He is a contractor I will definitely do business with for future work."

"If we could give Amos Luzon 10 stars we would! He was thorough, professional, and cared about getting the job done in a timely fashion. He also answered the phone himself, (no automation) when we called him, what a concept these days. So refreshing, and so easy. If you want the job done right, call Amos Luzon, a true professional."

"In February of 2023 I hired Garrett and his team to renovate my Oakland Park condo. As a result of that renovation I will recommend Garrett for a couple of reasons; primarily his knowledge and experience working directly in and with the permitting process. I cannot overstate the fact that you're going to need Garrett to keep the permitting process moving forward. Secondly, I had previously seen his workmanship and that sealed the deal for me to hire him. When Garrett first started my reno, my condo was a wreck! I mean a total wreck. Here we are, ten months later and I've had zero issues with Garrett's workmanship, that workmanship includes, electric, plumbing, tile work, drywall or flooring. In closing, even with Garrett's persistence, the permitting process took nearly five months! Once the permits were issued, the renovation was completed within thirty days. Garrett and his team did an overall excellent job with the permitting process and the overall condo renovation."

"Paul and his team are amazing. They did the work timely and professionally. And when something hidden from view was discovered, they explained what was unexpectedly found, provided us with information and options and then just handled it without missing a beat or taking longer to complete the job. I can’t think of anyone else I would trust with any work at my house - from the smallest job to a whole house renovation. I referred a friend in Southwest Ranches whose prior contractor created a massive nightmare and ignored the plans. Paul and his Prestige crew went in and turned their nightmare into their dream home. If you want it done correctly, on budget and on time, call Paul and Prestige!"

"We purchased our apartment from Prive - Aventura, and Daniel was responsible for all the changes we made to our unit. Everything was done within the specified time frame and we were very happy with the result."
