"I first found out I had poly pipes during my home inspection. I opted to have my inspection done by experts in the field. Juan warned me about poly pipes in the area and he was spot on. The results were scary, he confirmed I had poly, and I knew it made the house uninsurable and a water pipe could burst at any time. I opted to negotiated the price of the home and booked a repipe. I soon found out how lucky I was to connect with him early on about the issue. Within weeks of the home purchase and before my scheduled repipe date I had my first pipe burst behind the bar/laundry room. Also, there was confused communication between the technician and the owner regarding the details of the job to be done.
