"Arno is a consummate professional! I was at a disadvantage as my permanent residence was a 5hr drive from the location of our new home. Arno met with me at the new residence early in the process of construction, he was very generous with his time and very attentive to my vision for organization and utilizing the cabinetry space to its maximum potential. Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.

He approached things methodically and had attention to detail, I had quite a laundry list of things to get done from as simple as chalking 2 skylights of which one leaked causing damage to the interior ceiling requireing the drywall replacement. Crieg was versatile and was able to handle anything I threw at him. I kept him busy for about 50 hrs and it was money well spent. One of the only people I could find on AL to work on a straight dollar per hr basis.
