"Vitalii, owner of BFA Flooring, was personable and professional. After showing me the high and low points of the subfloor, Vitalii explained why it should be leveled, and how the process was done. He noticed the bathroom tile protruded into the bedroom and said they would cut the tile back, so the transition would be under the door. Vitalii also viewed the manufacturer’s instructions and installed it accordingly, in order to preserve the warranty. Vitalii and Mike did excellent work. They took care to protect my hallway floors, worked diligently and meticulously, and did a thorough clean-up afterward. The work was done in one day and the wood flooring and baseboards look amazing! I would definitely hire them again."
