"Having worked with Josh for the first time on a painting project in our new home, about a month ago... I decided to give him a shot at quoting and ultimately winning the bid for our fence. He had already proved his trustworthy ethics and willingness to keep customers satisfied. He was willing to start by digging the holes on a Saturday (never heard of a contractor working on the weekend), so that he could get out ahead of the impeding rain for the week. He made sure the holes were dig right with a two man auger and spared no expense on the concrete to set the posts (since we will be in the home for years to come).
Although the job did take a couple days longer than expected, this was in no way shape or form Josh's fault, as we had torrential downpours for two days and he had the decency to ask if it was ok not to work in the rain since not only was it dangerous, all of the trampling would ruin my grass.
He promised me that the job would be completed by Friday, and even pulled an extra person off of another job of his to make sure the man power was there to get the job done and done right.
The fence turned out absolutely great, and I couldn't be happier! The only problem is.. I cant seem to find enough work around the house to keep having him help! As stated in a review last month, Josh represents the new generation of contractors, one with honestly, loyalty, great prices and quality craftsmanship... a true asset."

We are a veteran owned and operated general construction contracting company that has been in business for 2 years. New construction, remodels, all types of flooring, drywall, concrete, fence, deck rework and new installation, and painting (interior and exterior). We do not leave a job or project without the customer being completely satisfied.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"hired this company due to its great reputation. I met with the owner who came out to give me a price for my home. She walked me through my house and explained everything that was to be done, which was more than I thought they would do.
From the time of my phone call, we set up service for the following week. Two girls came to our home. They were very professional and nice. They asked if there were any concerns with the house, or anything that they should be aware of, andy special products that needed to be used. They spend about 2 hours in our home. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. Our hard wood floors never looked so go. I was especially impressed that they were able to get stuff out of our shower and toilet that we have been trying to get off for years. The girls, before they left, asked us to walk around the home to make sure everything looked okay. We could not find anything wrong. The girls again were very pleasant and very thorough. The following day, we did rec'd a call from the owner, asking if everything went well with the cleaning, was there anything that needed to be done better the next time. We could not think of anything, but we appreciated the fact that she called and there was concern. We would highly recommend this company to anyway. We have already referred to family and friends.
Thanks again, this is the best money spent to free up our time and to not worry about the house, and now we can spend our weekends with our kids instead of cleaning this house.
