"Thought I needed some work on my mobile home roof. The owner of the company came out. And said You don't need any work done on this roof. Very honest company. Would recommend To anyone that needs some work done. I was very impressed from his first phone call"

"Home Genius Exteriors is amazing! I have been impressed throughout the whole process with their high level of professionalism and depth of expertise. Every person I have met throughout my project has been a dream! I honestly believe they care as much about my home and doing what is best for me and my family as I do. I highly recommend! Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"The entire experience with Patrick Davidson and Apex Roofing was the best it could possibly have been. We were pleased with every interaction we had, whether by phone, e-mail, text or in person. Patrick's price was competitive, the quality of work outstanding and the conduct of his crew was commendable. A big shout-out to Sergio and Patrick's son (Jared?) who provided on-site leadership. Clean up was extraordinary as well. Also, Sergio had to come back to install some gable vents since there was a delay in the supply chain. "Where honesty and integrity is paramount" is their motto and they lived up to it. Go with this company, you'll be glad you did."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. Thank you guys for that! Extreme Exteriors sent their best team to install the roof [ who were awesome!] for my home and garage and my beautiful roof was done in a day. They cleaned up and anything that was not right they corrected. Yes I highly recommend them! I just referred them to several friends and family. Rachel"

"Was very pleased with the service. He was on time and respectful. I appreciated that he took the time to point out some cracks that needed attention on the chimney, and showed me how to do it myself. He was honest about how often the sweeping should be performed. It is clear that he cares about his customers and isn't there to rip them off. He even explained how to do the service myself if I wanted to.

"During a presidential “pandemic” election year, it was refreshing to have a professionally humble and respectful human show up to the job. Corey did his actual job he was hired to perform, and made my family and I believe he legitimately cared about the job he was performing. Corey inspected 3,400 sq.ft of a potential home I’d consider for purchase, head to toe, in a timely and accurate manner. Upon completion, Corey verbally went through his findings with my agent and I, describing and showing photos of every nook and cranny. I appreciate Coreys time and service and am extremely thankful for his professional expertise. Within a couple hours of inspection I received a full copy of the home inspection via email detailing every moment of his time well spent. Would highly recommend Weatherstone Property Inspections if you’re in or around the Macomb Area."

"We are very pleased with the job Roofman did on our home. In one day they tore off old roof and replaced it. They were promt, personable and professional. They were careful not to damage our gardens and lawn. Every bit of debris was cleaned up at the end of the day. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof. We have had several neighbors favorably comment on it as well. We love our updated sunroom - no more leaky skylights! We highly recommend Roofman (855-976-6362) for your next roofing project."

"He came out in Spring and gave me the quote for the work.  He was very friendly.  It didn't get done until October.  I kept working with them because there was some highway work in the area.  They poured in October.  I called in February and told about the cracks and sent pictures and didn't get any response. We had a slab replaced the slab where puddling was taking place in October.  All other 7 slabs have hairline cracks in them that are going up all along the house.  He said they put the wire mesh down and they can't guarantee work with the Michigan Winters.  Then, he said he couldn't do anything until Spring.  It didn't even last 2 months.  I gave them an opportunity to come out and take care of it.  I called 2 weeks ago and he just said, 'they're hairline cracks.' And he was only going to replace 1.  There is only 1 slab that he did that doesn't have a crack.  He said he would come out in 2 weeks to replace the slab, but I feel all slabs should be repaired.  The brickwork, and porch were fine on quality; but the quality of his cement work was poor. These ratings are specific to the cement work he did."

"It went better than any job I’ve ever had done. Very friendly, responsive and genuinely cared about what I wanted. The crew came out and was done in hours with my whole roof. Clean up was perfect as well. I would highly recommend using this company! Ask to speak to Tamitha, she will get you taken care of."
