Not only did they save me a ton of money (less than half of MY cheapest estimates) but they tailored my payments to fit my budget and got the job done in record time. The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! He took detailed photos, reviewed them with me and offered to work with my insurance company to get a roof replacement approved. Everything Nick said and did was truthful and helpful. The roofing crew did a great job and took care to prevent damage or leave any trash or debris. I would highly recommend Roof It Forward to anyone. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible. He came out, we talked about what we wanted, he measured everything and came back with plans, quotes, etc⠦⠦Next Felice was in touch and she and Caleb came out to talk it all through. They kept us totally informed throughout the process, and were just SO helpful and nice. Cassie called with a start date and on a Monday Caleb and Andrew came out to demo the existing porch, and by Friday afternoon we had a brand new porch of composite material, amazing rails and black trim on all exposed wood. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Since I am interested in replacing my current HVAC system with a TRANE system, I met with a Mr Quik representative.  He signed me up for a free electrical inspection (a promotion they had going at the Home Show).  The gentleman who came to perform the electrical inspection did a great job explaining a few problem areas.  I now regret not having Mr. Quik perform the electrical work when I finished my basement.
When I scheduled my HVAC PM with Mr. Quick in April 2012, I decided to sign up for their maintenance agreement which is $9 per month since I agreed to auto pay on a credit card.  This agreement is GREAT! It includes an annual cooling maintenance visit, annual heating maintenance visit, an electrical safety visit, and a plumbing inspection.  Not to mention that is also offers pricing discounts if any repairs do need to be made.
So far I have had a couple of electrical inspections, a couple of HVAC tune-ups, and a plumbing inspection and they have all gone very well.  On my last HVAC tune-up, the technician showed me how some of the capacitors are out of tolerance.  So I appreciated the fact that he took the time to show potential problem areas in detail.  For all of Mr. Quik's visits, the technicians have all been very helpful in explaining the work they are performing and are extremely courteous and insightful when answering my questions.
So far, I haven't needed to use Mr. Quik for any large repair or replacement service but it's been nice building a strong relationship through theses periodic maintenance visits.  I wouldn't hesitate to have them perform any major service I would need to have done in regards to Heating/Cooling, Plumbing, and/or Electrical.

"We had the roof replaced in August. The roofing team text me the night before and arrived on time. They completed the work in one day. They did a great job cleaning up, and took care not to damage the bushes or flowers when removing the shingles. The roof looks great and we are super happy with the results. We also had a patch of siding reattached and we had a canopy in the way. They told us to contact them when we take it down for the winter and they would come fix it then. I contacted them and they responded and scheduled a time to come out and fix it. The roof was installed in August and we just got the invoice in November for the services. I am assuming it took so long since they went back and forth between our insurance. Ultimately we paid what we had agreed to pay and we are happy about that. Nathan was the contact person for this job and he stayed in contact the whole time and was very polite and professional. Overall we are happy with the results and would recommend this company to people looking for a roof replacement."
