Jay ordered the door and it was delivered to him in the time promised, about 4 weeks. I did not hear from him after the 4 week period, so I called Jay who answered his phone and immediately got back to me with an installation date. The door was installed a couple of days later, the installation was done quickly and well by the installers, Jimmy and Vince. I am very pleased with the door and the smoothness of the process! <br />"
