"Everything went very smoothly. We had two layers of shingles on our roof and some leakage issues. They examined the roof and gave us a quote on a new roof and a solution to the leakage issues. We needed new flashing under some of the siding. They came on schedule and completed the job in the allotted time frame. They did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. The dumpster and any left over materials were promptly removed. Jeff was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company."

"I highly recommend Customer First Contractors LLC for roof repair and replacement. Iâ ve owned several properties over the last 70 years and have had several roof repairs and replacements. From start to finish, Iâ ve never had better and more complete professional service than my experience with Customer First Contractors. After a winter snow storm with high winds that blew off some shingles, they responded to my call (on a weekend) and came out immediately to inspect. They determined areas that needed immediate attention to avoid leakage and performed temporary fix to get through the winter and roof could be replaced in spring, assuming insurance adjuster would agree with roof replacement. Ryan (from Customer First Contractors) met with the adjuster and handled all negotiations and communications with the adjuster and insurance company to have the roof replaced. Spring came, their courteous crew showed up and in two days the job was completed and the site cleaned up perfectly. Ryan was on site, communicating with me and their crew to insure satisfaction. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"I'm quite pleased with the work. I inquired about adding gutters to my 1880s duplex. A gutter contractor I had spoken with previously said he wouldn't be able to add gutters to my home because the roof fascia lacked a flat mounting surface for gutters. Ricky took a look and told me they could add wedge mounting points and make the gutters work. They quoted a fair price and I asked them to go ahead with the work. Their two-man crew took care of the work of installing seamless aluminum gutters in one afternoon. The work looks professional and is functional, and the gutters match my existing soffit/fascia. However, upon closer examination one of the downspouts drained a little close to the foundation for my liking. I was considering just adding a flexible tube from Home Depot to direct the water further away, but then someone from the company followed up unprompted to ask how the work was. I mentioned my issue, and within a couple of weeks they had sent a guy out to add an extension to the aluminum downspout to direct the water a safe distance away. That took the experience from an A- to a definite A. Will call again if I need additional roofing or gutter work."
