"Capital Siding, Windows, & Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof in May of 2024. They were recommended at the advice of a neighbor and friend, who had used them twice before to repair her own roof as the result of two different hail storms. I could not ask for an easier and more friendly company to work with. Danny in the office was easy to get a hold of and would always respond promptly and professionally to all of my inquiries. Jeff Moore, the company’s owner, also regularly made himself available, as I had never been through the process of a roof repair before and I had a lot of questions. Everything was explained to me in full, with relation to the options and financial considerations, and with courtesy. Azael and his crew arrived on site with friendliness and professionalism and even helped me to move some things that were too heavy for me to move ahead of time by myself. They did all of this with a smile, and with an ‘all in a day’s work’ attitude. My home is rather old, and its underlying roof structures were in need of some serious TLC. Azael was very helpful in explaining the issues to me, and I never felt pressured to make improvements at additional costs that I didn’t want to make. Great company to work with!"

"We loved our experience working with Legacy. This is our third project we have had them do on our house and as usual the experience was smooth and easy. The communication on our project was amazing as our rep helped us with the expectations we should have with our roof. He then communicated with us as to the status of the project and what his communication looked like until our roof was approved for repair. Once the material was delivered our on-site project manager was there to give us consistent updates on where the project was at and when we could expect to have it complete. "Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"This company is very easy to work with. Our first interaction was with Tyler, the consultant, who brought samples to our meeting. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. If they took breaks due to the extreme heat (which we support - the weather was close to 100 degrees all week), they would stay later to make up for the downtime. Well done, eRoof!"

"I was so impressed with Dan and the team that came out to build my deck. From start to finish this project has been so simple and easy. They are just finishing up the final touches now but I'm already in love with the work that was done. Dan was very responsive to my emails and checked in in-person regularly. "I highly recommend Customer First Contractors LLC for roof repair and replacement. Iâ ve owned several properties over the last 70 years and have had several roof repairs and replacements. From start to finish, Iâ ve never had better and more complete professional service than my experience with Customer First Contractors. After a winter snow storm with high winds that blew off some shingles, they responded to my call (on a weekend) and came out immediately to inspect. They determined areas that needed immediate attention to avoid leakage and performed temporary fix to get through the winter and roof could be replaced in spring, assuming insurance adjuster would agree with roof replacement. Ryan (from Customer First Contractors) met with the adjuster and handled all negotiations and communications with the adjuster and insurance company to have the roof replaced. Spring came, their courteous crew showed up and in two days the job was completed and the site cleaned up perfectly. Ryan was on site, communicating with me and their crew to insure satisfaction. When job was complete, Ryan inspected with me again to explain the work and insure my complete satisfaction. Iâ ve never been more satisfied or had a better professional experience. "This is a follow up from work done 2 years ago. Roof/gutters still great and siding ok. However the metal that was installed over the soffit in several areas is pulling away and one piece blew off in the wind. After looking close at several areas on a tall ladder I found many nails not pounded into the wood soffit hence the reason many areas were pulling away. Walker did come out and repair several areas recently after I called so that was good. Hopefully all else holds up for at least what should be the expected lifetime but I have my doubts at least on the soffits. Look closely at photos submitted to see what is happening."
