He only did one uneven coat of paint, leaving the old color visible, then refused to fix it unless I paid more. He never communicated delays, I always had to follow up, only to hear excuse after excuse. He acted like there was no deadline, despite agreeing to one upfront. She also replaced the flush valve for another toilet, and verified a third toilet didn't have any issues. She changed out 3 electrical switches to dimmer switches. And she also changed out the ice maker in the bottom freezer. She just stopped back out today to fix it as it was making too much ice. I purchased all items in advance so she could just focus on the installation scope. She's a wonderful, lovely person who does her job well, has a nice demeanor and is safe in your home. I highly recommend her and will be calling her in the future."
