"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age. "Very professional, install team showed up at 7:50am, slated for 8am. Removed all my windows, were very careful with removal, used drop clothes and disposed of all related trash. My new windows look great. The sales person informed me of all aspects of the job and the install manager double checked everything and advised me of all things that were required of me before the install.
