"Very poor. Greg came to install new rails on my trash can drawer because they were rusty and old. He did but new rails are not working because they do not allow me to open or close the drawer without difficulty!! The drawer is now also crooked. It has not been installed correctly or else the rails are wrong size. Either way very hard for me to open or close the drawer! He has also said he would order new rails if I pay !!! Very unhappy. I paid him $150 and now can’t use my trash drawer."

Eric was able to come out in a few days and install the system. Installation time was about 3 hours. No additional charges. He returned to the house three days later to retrieve the radon monitor and showed me the current reading of 1.0 pC/l, well below the 11.0 pC/l from a prior test.
