"We were initially Very happy with the work All-State Exteriors did on our roof this summer after some wind and rain damage caused leaking in our home. We experienced additional leakage after they had completed the roof and answered in a timely manner to repair the vents in our bathroom causing the leak. While initially doing the work on our roof, two of the guys asked to come in to look in our attic because they accidentally pulled out the roof jack, but we don't have an attic because it is a modular home and there is no access panel to the piping they accidentally pulled apart. They told us they were pretty sure they fixed it and we shouldn't have any issues. This should have been a red flag to us. As we enter the winter months, we turned on our furnace and it isn't working right.we call an HVAC company to come take a look and they verify there is nothing wrong with the furnace and ask if we had any roof work done recently. When we tell him we had, he looks at the roof jack and tells us that there are definitely issues with it and we should call the roofing company back to fix it as they should be insured against any damages they cause while working. We called a representative who we had worked with when we had the first issue after installation and he came out. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and told us it had to be with the piping and we would have to cut access to fix it and once the piping was fixed he would come out and replace the roof jack. My husband later that day cut an access point and nothing was wrong with the piping, this was confirmed by HVAC personel. My husband calls the same representative to let him know the piping is fine and the representative says he would be out Wednesday to fix the roof jack. It is Wednesday and by 1PM no one has came so, my husband calls the representative to confirm he was still coming out. This representative then says "Oh my manager forgot to call you let me have him reach out." When the manager calls my husband explained the situation and the manager asks "Why do you think that's our problem?". After more of a conversation as to why, the manager told my husband he would talk it over with the initial representative and call back. We are going on 4 days of using space heaters and no solution while the manager "talks it out with the workers because they are saying that didn't happen". Well, the manager called back and his solution was "If you buy a roof jack we will install it because my guy said that did not happen". My husband and I were both home when the installation was done and both know that there were 2 men looking to get in the attic because of accidentally pulling out the roof jack. I understand that you are roofers, but if you mess something up, fix it. Don't put that burden on your customer who trusted your company to do the work and not mess with anything else. I am highly disappointed in how this situation is being handled after a great first impression"

Carlos was our project manager and he checked in daily in person every day there was work being done just to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I cannot recommend this company enough they are wonderful!"

"Hired to replace my existing plaster ceilings with drywall, replace the old blown insulation in the attic with batt insulation, install a new ceiling fan including wiring, and rewire an existing ceiling fan. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them."

"Review #1: Stay away from Lance Roofing. They could not care less about their customers. I requested an estimate for a roofing job in late July 2019. They said they could get someone out in mid August and put me on the schedule for a specific day. Not only did they never show up, but they never called and never provided and estimate. It has been over 3 months. If that's not terrible customer service, then I don't know what is. The job is still not done and I will be going with some other company, ANY other company that actually cares about their customers, does what they say they are going to do and does the job right. Review #2: Horrible company! This is my second review. I should have known better, but I asked Lance Roofing to help me fix my leaking roof because they were the ones who initially put the roof on and I thought maybe it might be under warranty. Apparently the warranty expired 4-5 months before my roof started leaking. That is not my beef with them. The problem is their customer service and lack of follow through. They just do not follow through. I called their office the 3rd week of October and told them I HAVE a leak, not think there might be a leak, but I HAVE a leak and would like to schedule them to come out and fix it. The lady on the phone was relatively nice, but she said they could not get me on the schedule until 2 weeks later. I was disappointed and expressed my concern of things getting worse, especially with the upcoming rain forecast, but I told her to please put me on the schedule, so she did. On the day of the appointment at the time scheduled, Lance Roofing did NOT show up. We had to call the office and said, well, he should be there. Finally he showed up and took a quick look and said, "well, it looks like you have a leak." Duh! He said I will let the office know and they can get you on the schedule to get it repaired. That is where we about lost it. They should have already had me on the schedule for the repair, or at least held a spot on the schedule so it wouldn't be delayed even further. They did not think or plan ahead. STRIKE ONE was my previous review, the above was STRIKE TWO and now we are into STRIKE THREE. The office said they would call us to get us on the schedule. It has been two weeks and no one has called. I personally drove to the office today to check on the status of my job. They just casually looked up my name and said, "oh, so and so hasn't finished putting together the list of materials needed for the job and we can't get you on the schedule until he does that." In other words, 2 more weeks wasted with nothing to show for it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Lance Roofing & Siding. They only care about the big money jobs and couldn't care less about the little guy!"
