"Delivery was on time, they were careful moving the appliances in the house and did a great job installing and hooking up appliances. One of the installers ( not sure, but I think his name was Manuel ) went through a lot of extra trouble and work to get old dishwasher removed and new one installed, as the previous home owner had put new wood flooring in the kitchen up to the dishwasher, which meant the flooring was build up in front, preventing the old one from coming out easily or the new one to fit in. Husband finally had to remove 2 wood planks so there be just barely enough room heigth wise to get the job done. It was not easy!"

They were honest, and after assessing the state of the door, told me that by having them patch the problem would be a waste of money and recommended I find someone to replace the door unit itself. While they were out I had them estimate some other projects. Walt recognized the need to get the caulking done soon in time for the rainy season and kept in touch to find a good dry day to work. He and Tammy are both extremely nice people and work with great attention to detail. They go far beyond the minimum needed to properly complete a job and look for other things to fix or repair along the way.
