"The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. "Advised there would be a hole in the wall that I would need to repair after replacing and installation. Wish I would have known that prior. Not sure if that is my negligence? Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue. All in all it was quick and we have a functional water faucet.
