"Grady did an awesome job! I've dealt with many shady contractors and Grady is nothing like them. He's honest, dependable, fair, and will be upfront with you. I never once felt like he was just trying to "get one over on me" because I'm not knowledgeable about these things. He is clear about telling you the why behind the cost of materials and labor. And he gets it done right the first time. In a world full of shady contractors, he's a breath of fresh air. And he's once of the nicest people you'll ever meet!"

"Changed our 1960 kitchen and made it look like a kitchen built in 2020. It really exceeded our expectations. We refaced our kitchen in order to sell our house next year. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"This autumn we remodeled our entire 1970 kitchen into a beautiful traditional style. We chose Avenues Flooring and Construction for our flooring after meeting Steve May. Avenues? product choices and Steve?s helpful expertise made our selection of beautiful Acacia engineered wood flooring a choice we were excited about and the end results are spectacular. The installation process was smooth and on time with no problems.
We also were pleased to purchase Pental quartz countertops through Avenues and have them take care of the installation for us. The product and completed countertops are beautiful!
We selected high-end backsplash tile from Oregon Tile and Marble, and Steve came through again by making the purchase and providing us with a highly qualified tile installer to complete the final piece of our kitchen project.
We are so grateful for Steve?s professional and friendly style, exceptional service and reasonable prices for each product. We sincerely enjoyed working with him and Vitaliy throughout the entire remodeling process and are thoroughly pleased with Avenues? products, installers and their superb customer service!
We strongly recommend Avenues Flooring and Construction for the highest Angie?s List rating.

"We had the company build a custom entertainment center, we liked it so much we had them remodel our kitchen to match. We had our kitchen Done not to long ago but we loved the look of the work so much we had to do it in our kitchen. We got three bids and there price was in the middle. They told us the job would take three weeks and it took a little over two! They explained the schedule with us at the contract signing and stuck to it. There was some one at our house every day,and they worked at least 8 hours a day. They were very clean. They built custom cabinets, installed a granite counter with undermount sink, and put a stone floor in. Our kitchen looks very custom! We love it and would recommend them to anyone!

"Cabinets are great. Work was fast--less than one week. Final product was all I could hope for, and I'm very happy with it. A few minor issues. Clean up wasn't perfect--I still have a piece of equipment and a drill bit at my house that were left behind a few months ago. Also had some miscommunications--I thought they would provide cabinet pulls and they thought I would. Not a big deal, but had to make a last-minute run to the store for them. I also thought they would install the microwave surround they suggested, but it turns out they only do that if it's all there when they're doing the work (and even then they'r apparently not supposed to); mine arrived damaged and had to be reshipped, so it wasn't there (and still isn't installed...)"

"Overall, the project went very well. Mark was great to work with - he totally got the vision for the bathroom update. The work involved moving plumbing, moving electrical, replacing a window, replacing the tub, retiling the shower, retiling the floor, putting up drywall, installing a new countertop Travis is a wizard with a tile saw, and I must say that the quality and workmanship; is unmatched. While the bulk of the work was being performed, Mark & Travis were right on point - it was great to see progress being made every day. They were also totally respectful of the living space and in general, great guys. If there's a sour note in this symphony, it's that the last 5% of the job (installing the window, minor finishing touches) took about as long to complete - 4-5 weeks - as the major work did. The project started in July 2015 and wrapped up in early October, though the bathroom was totally functional (i.e. 95% done) by Labor Day. After Labor Day it was difficult to get in contact with Mark and schedule the final work; a situation in which I think any customer/contractor might find themselves in at the end of a project, as I imagine he had other jobs to ramp up and manage during that time."

"Jeremy was really good at working on the fly because I was unsure of my plan so he had to be able to adapt as we went. He came up with ideas I had not thought of that were excellent. He worked fast and got one whole wall remodeled in 2 days including old cabinets removed and new cabinets and stove installed and new sheet rock on wall. He also built a base to raise everything several inches higher. He’s coming back for the bathroom work."

"Very professional. Arrived on time. Gave us several options and an estimate. We're still considering what we would like to do."

"Working with Sam was great. Any issues at the house he immediately took care of. He made sure we did a final inspection before signing off on the final project. Quality of paint he chose was great. House looks great."
