"A sewer line broke and spilled gray water into the crawl space. We called ARC to come out and they responded lightning fast. The crew showed up with the pump truck and they spent the day pumping out the area so the plumbers could make the repairs. The two technicians cleaned the entire area and made it like new again. It was a messy dirty job but they Powered through it with a great attitude. The follow up from the lead project engineer went well and everything was communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend Advanced Recovery Corp!!"

"The rep came to our house and tested our water, which was found to be really good water. We still wanted an RO system and he explained our options. He did not upsell us on the highest end products, but educated us on our choices and we chose a system that worked for us. The follow up service over time has been outstanding. They even came to repair a part we had broken and only charged us for the part. Outstanding company with employees who go above and beyond."

"Updated to four stars: After submitting this review originally, Sean called me and took full responsibility for the situation. They committed to improve the experience for other customers and gave me an appropriate discount for my time and inconvenience. I am grateful they are responsive and took this seriously. Thank you for your respect, Dr. Energy Saver! Previous review: two stars. Unfortunately, this has been a very difficult experience for me to address standing water & drainage in my crawl space. I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service. "

"Precision Pump gets the highest possible marks for communication. I can ask an awful lot of questions, but Tim was indefatigable answering them. He not only provided us with pricing information for different equipment configurations but also provided the data tables necessary to understand how motor selection, lift, and system pressure would interact to determine flow rate. On top of this, service was punctual and hassle-free."

"Making the appointment was easy, the technician arrived promptly. He was able to complete his work in a readily expedient amount of time. His diagnosis work was great. He explained everything about what he saw and the reason we were likely experience the symptoms we were even though the drain lines were not clogged or leaking. He reviewed City records of the property and conveyed with his Boss and other experts as to the diagnosis. He did a very thorough job. We were very pleased."

"When the crew arrived on time, they told me that they looked up the county records and said that the well was placed in 1994 and that the pump was original. They said that they will virtually be doing the same labor in replacing pipes to install the manual pump system to hand pump my well that I should have the old pump replaced at the same time. They had the foresight to have loaded the truck with a new pump and all necessary parts. I feared the old pump would fail and they made sense to me. I greatly appreciated them discounting the normal labor for installing the new pump since they were doing virtually the same work already. I was saved several thousand dollars and got a new needed pump and pipes at the same time! I have had them work on our well before and they have always been professional and timely. We live in a mountain community and they are the go too well folks up here in our little community of 90 homes."
