"When our landscaper said we had a bee problem after they were stung, we called in the experts at Critter Control. Roger and another tech arrived early for our appointment and went to examine the area after we provided them the information we had. Well---there was no bee nest found, nor any signs of bees in or around the utility boxes within the landscaped area. We are so grateful that Critter Control is upfront and honest. They gave us helpful information on signs to look for but didn't even charge us for their inspection service call. Now this is amazing customer service! Thanks Critter Control!"

"When we signed up the contract, they had mentioned (not promised) that it would last up to 1 year. After 3 months, all kinds of bugs started showing up. When I contacted them, they were responsive but asked me to take pictures of bugs and send them. I sent them at least 4. Now, they would blame it on weather, outside bugs, unlucky house, and everything else under the sun. When confronted as to why outside bug did not show up for the first 3 months after spray, they did not have an answer. Their response range from Mocking to Shouting."

"We purchased a Formosan swarmer termite treatment from this company. At first they seemed professional and knowledgeable, and the prices were competitive. However we started to see termites again in less than a year of the treatment. At this time they no longer answered e-mails or phone calls, and we've been unable to reach them for two years. Upon reaching out to another company, we found that they did not properly complete the treatment per their treatment summary, both by failing to drill the driveway and not properly treating the initial column where the infestation was noted. Would highly recommend going somewhere else for any serious treatment."
