"Bay coast plumbing was great! Responded almost immediately to phone message in the morning and were at the house that afternoon. After confirming that the water heater needed replaced, all the options and what to expect with the repair and visuals of the new system were explained in detail. No high-pressure sales tactics, no trying to up-sell to tankless system, etc.. etc... Once the repair was complete, they even went on the roof to ensure that the flue vent and storm collar were sealed. Great experience and would definitely hire them again if needed."

"Crew was two hours late, but all work was done in one day. The crew cleaned up everything and explained the basics of how the new programmable thermostats work.  They tested the heater and restarted it until air was cleared from the gas line and the heater stayed on. A/C operation was verified and was cooling before they left.
I had got 3 estimates on this work; Cucco's was in the middle on price. My decision was based as much on dealing with Chris for repair of my old system, and his professionalism and willingness to explain things and answer my questions.
