After opening the walls it became apparent that the work was far more extensive than originally planned as the repairs would involve replacing bad framing, sheathing, etc. and would be a lot more expensive. In a case like this a lot of contractors would use this to maximize their payday. Clyde didn't. He got the work done in a timely manner, at a fair price and the end result was, indeed, amazing.
