Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it."

"I contacted PFS after having used their crew through a contractor several years ago. I decided to work with them directly this time. We communicated mostly through text message for the estimate and scheduling. I was on a tight timeline to close on a house, get the work done and move in--one week from close to move-in. PFS was to install 1,000 sf of new oak flooring and refinish 650 sf to match. I was given a budget figure over the phone, which I ran with. Long story short, the work was top notch and finished on time, but not without a hiccup on the front end. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be the pre-work process, both in estimating and scheduling. Truth be told, that could be some of my own fault. After missing the start date, to PFS's credit (through owner Abel Morales), they rallied with several crews working together. After several long days, they finished a day ahead of the move-in and I was very pleased with the work. We were able to come to terms on pricing that didn't quite match my pre-work estimate. I was pleased that Mr. Morales again was flexible in working an arrangement that we could both live with. I will definitely be using Phoenix again, and would highly recommend them."
