"Tom and his team did a great job examining our 40 year old stucco, recommending solutions for small cracks and a larger area that had cracked & fallen. They showed up on time, got the work done quickly, and it looks great. Thanks!"

"Mike did a great job with my stucco repair. He went above and beyond by fashioning a steel plate to divert run-off water into the drainage gutters. He came back a few days later to paint the repaired stucco. I could not be more pleased!"

"Could not have been happier with the work done! We had our exterior walls completely redone and they even installed insulation behind the stucco when he found that our home didn't have any on the exterior walls. Everything looks so good now and all stages of the project were on time! I would recommend them to anyone!"

"The overall experience was fantastic and we are completely satisfied with the work and craftsmanship. We would definitely hire them again and give our highest recommendations to others. The crew were punctual each day and worked tirelessly under challenging weather conditions in the summer month. They replaced several deck boards and made minor repairs as needed to insure an overall uniformed look and paint stain finish that restored our deck to brand new conditions. There were quite a lot of architectural detail work on the attached gazebo that was tedious work but the crew worked systematically together to get in done with amazing results in a 2-day time frame that would have taken me several weeks to do it myself. They protected the surrounding work areas, landscaping, plants and shrubs and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Their bid quote was competitive and they exceeded all agreed upon expectations which left us feeling like we got tremendous value for the work done. Their communication with status updates throughout the project was excellent with the goal of insuring complete customer satisfaction. Best decision I made was to hire Danny & Manny and their crew to complete this project which has allowed me more time to enjoy our outdoor living space rather than working on this project all summer long."

"The whole process went very smooth.  From the first estimate until completion.  JD is very easy to communicate with, and is very professional, and a man of his word.
We have several estimates on replacing our window and doors.  Wood Rot was the highest of the three by a several thousand dollars.  We choose Wood Rot solutions anyway.  And very glad that we did.  His service and workmanship is well worth the extra money.
WE could not be any happier with our windows, and doors.  And would recommend that if you want things done right, I would pay the extra cost and use Wood Rot Solutions.

"I am 100% satisfied. Lewis responded quickly to my request for a flooring installer. He made his work proposal very clear. He offered a good price which he did not change at the end of the job. Lewis worked in a precise manner and completed the work within the proposed timeframe. He kept me informed during each phase of the project. He respected timing and always gave me a heads-up as to his arrival, lunch break or leaving for the day. Lastly, Lewis exhibited a level of integrity and honesty that allowed me to feel comfortable while he was in my home. I would recommend Sissi Construction; a true representative of standard and quality."
